French, circa 1895, green grass and rose glass sky are background for detailed depiction of dandelions, with tiny individual cameo glass seeds floating in the air, amethyst cameo glass at neck depicts withering seed case, original stopper enameled and gilded as dandelion puff ball, engraved signature on base "Daum/cross of Lorraine Nancy", 4 in. some loss to gilding, otherwise good condition.
