very good overall, appears original and correct, bbl and lock are gray overall with staining and pitting, especially at breech, lock markings and bbl proofs are very good and discernible, stock is sound and well fit with correct mortising inside patchbox which was never drilled for spare nipple, mechanically sound, crisp well-defined 7 lands & grooves rifling, original brass blade front sight filed off during its period and a German silver blade was fitted into bayonet lug to take its place
