Note: Only one other George Washington Boyd piece is known and it is stamped "G.W. Boyd" and was sold at Crocker Farms 2022 Summer Stoneware sale, lot 50, he was a previously unknown maker and son of Francis M. Boyd, a known Rock Mills, Alabama potter.
