American, early 20th century, iridescent gold trumpet neck bordered below by gold, green, and white triple hooks, gold hooked leaf decoration, signed "Quezal" and "A764", 5-1/4 x 7 in. - Provenance: Minna Rosenblatt Antiques, Brooklyn, New York, purchased February 17, 1973 for $825 (accompanied by copy of receipt); Estate of Jay R. Doros, Springfield, New Jersey - Note: This vase was included in the exhibition "Flights of Fancy: The Quezal Art Glass and Decorating Company" at the Museum of American Glass at Wheaton Village, Millville, New Jersey, April 13 through October 20, 1996, curated by Gay LeCleire Taylor.
