British, 18th/19th century, the upper section with arched pediment and glazed doors, silk lined and electrified interior, lower case with fitted desk with till over four drawers and ogee bracket feet, the whole japanned in dark green with figures, flowers and landscapes, 90 x 38-1/2 x 22 in. in good restored condition, brasses replaced, surface ornament possibly later in date, lacking central ornament at pediment, probably original feet, typical shrinkage cracks, surface wear, abrasions and other flaws, some warping to fallboard
