British, possibly 18th century, brass dial with Arabic numerals, chain driven mechanism supported by carved oak brackets which read "Tyme / Flyes", detachable basin and applied plaque inscribed with a mask with wings and "C. Fellows/fecit ye olde towne Exeter/Anno Dom 1710", 29-1/4 x 9 x 3-1/4 in.
