British, 18th century, highly figured mahogany in rich reddish brown color, hinged top over interior compartment, cabriole legs and pad feet, 28-1/2 x 29-1/2 x 14-1/2 in.
generally good condition, some patches and repairs at hinges, interior compartment with one later brace, knee returns restored, later strip/alteration at lower leaf hinge attachment (other possible restorations to top)
