Chinese, probably late 19th/early 20th century: seated cat with pierced top lip, 7-1/2 x 8-3/4 x 5-3/4 in., on finely carved hardwood stand [en suite,] 10 in., [minor firing flaws to glaze at tail and left eye, small flakes to top of ears, glaze crackle at base of tail and left leg, loss to one foot of stand;] brown-glazed ceramic pillow in the form of a reclining foo lion, hole at one end of head, 6 x 10 x 5 in., [possible firing anomaly or glaze loss to nose] .
