early to mid-20th century, cast, handmade and assembled, featuring a center round brilliant-cut diamond of approximately 1.40 carats, color H-I, clarity VVS-1, surrounded by 45 round brilliant and 45 tapered baguette diamonds, estimated total diamond weight 10.7 carats, five round faceted and nine pear faceted rubies, estimated total ruby weight 4.15 carats, 43.5 x 42 mm., 29.2 grams, with appraisal very light wear.
