pear cut green stone, possibly chrysoberyl approx.ÿ 9.5 x 5.6 x 3.7mm, 10 baguette and 10 round brilliant diamonds estimated total weight 0.75ct., shank tested platinum, pear mounting tested 14kt. white gold, stamped "Plat900" and with spurious "18K" stamp, maker's mark, size 7-1/2, 8.2 gramsÿ - Provenance: A Virginia Collector
original center mounting has been removed and this 14kt. pear basket head has been soldered in- slightly off center, filing burs on side of mounting, internal crack to stone under one prong, wear and scratches to platinum
