Perry Policicchio (born 1960), Hawaiian, hanging ceiling fixture with single light crafted from hollowed koa wood, branching arms around base connected by carved and turned koa wood chain and mushroom-shaped ceiling cap, "Perry Policicchio," bamboo symbol on shade, 26-3/4 in. overall, good condition.
