possibly Belgian, 36 in. laminated steel barrel, 14 in. LOP, both lock plates marked "Parker", engraved scrollwork to lockplates, trigger guard, and finial, with ramrod, and bead front sight,; Provenance: Private Collection
no visible patent date or serial number, corrosion to metal at breech, right hammer does not work properly, barrel with brown patina, barrel with scattered small dents, crack in wood at rear of left lock plate, left hammer and nipple appear to be bent, wood with scratches, dings and abrasions consistent with age and use
