Gold Cufflinks early 20th century, set with four oval cabochon blue sapphires, (likely genuine), marked "Tiffany & Co", 18 kt. yellow gold, approximately 14.73 mm., 15.7 grams, with original Tiffany & Co fitted box, cufflinks with minor wear, box with some wear.
