American, attributed to Frank Goodlance, South Dakota, circa 1933, rawhide with red cloth piping, beaded decoration overall with stylized teepees and lightning bolts, rawhide and beaded tassels hung with tole, rawhide soles, approximately 11 in. in length (approximately size 10), with a plaque describing date and attribution..
