Modeled by James Hadley (1837-1903), porcelain, 1880s, woman holding a small barrel and man holding a scyth, each standing by tree trunks, decorated in old ivory and apricot palette, highlighted in gilt, impressed "JHadley" on base with printed and impressed crown and circle marks for Worcester Royal Porcelain Company on bottom, date code "W11", 13-1/2 in. hat on man has been repaired.
