English, late 18th/early 19th century, bucket-shaped, reeded bands, square handles, let in shields with engraved with the coat-of-arms and motto of the MacPherson clan with motto on banner: "NA BEAN DON SEAN GUN LAMHAINN" (Don't touch the cat without the glove.), unmarked, 8-1/2 x 8-3/4 x 8-1/4 in.
