Chinese, 20th century, gilt and heavily painted body, alternating panels of figures in interiors, phoenix and floral panels, elaborate rose floral surrounds, repeating border banding at top and bottom, removable dome-top covers with double peach finials, marked with 6-character stamp in underglaze red, 17-5/8 in., one with old loss to part of leaf on peach finial, some soiling, good condition.
