Continental, 19th century, each with two lions-head handles, royal blue ground with polychrome painted reserves containing a view on one side and flowers on the other, one view of young woman in a gondola called "Santa Maria" gesturing to a young man, on the other a man with a long rifle and woman in red skirt outside a long building on a balustraded porch with water and mountains beyond, gilt wave pattern border at top, raised paste gilding, no marks, 6-1/2 in.,. Condition: crack in each from rim into body, gilding very worn, water damage around the bottom, various anomalies as made, drainage hole in bottom of each, only one metal ring retained in lions' heads.
