Satsuma Vases, Pair Satsuma and Brass-Mounted Candlesticks
Japanese, early 20th century: pair Satsuma vases with overhung rims and decorated necks, elaborately decorated bodies with figural and landscape designs, unmarked bases, 12-1/4 in., one with old crack and repair at base rim, both with gilt and enamel losses; brass three-light candleholders, central cap and cover extending to the center nozzle with two branching arms, baluster-form Satsuma body with alternating gilt figural and stylized floral panels, platform base with foo lion masks, 11-3/8 in., minor gilt and enamel losses to bodies .
