British, 18th century, each with leaf-carved shepherd's crook arms, pierced splats, serpentine seat rails on fluted legs with stretchers, pink damask-upholstered slip seats, 35-1/2 in.. Provenance: Estate of Marjorie and Charles West
very good condition overall, one with cracks and repairs at both hand grips, the other with cracks and repairs at hand grips and one patch and repair at one rear stile, other typical wear and surface flaws, very minor pest damage, light wear to upholstery
