probably French, late 19th/early 20th century, bisque porcelain Asian man and woman, each figure seated on an oval pillow with feet resting on a pillow atop an octagonal platform base and flanked by a bamboo-wrapped columnar candleholder, gilt wood platform bases, unmarked, drilled and converted to lamps, 21-1/2 in. to top of finial.
