British, modern with 19th century back panels, crescent form with scrolled arms, three back panels each set with a 19th century leaf and berry iron panel (by tradition, removed from balconies in London), vine-wrapped legs and faux twig stretchers, powder-coated black surface, 37 x 89 x 23-3/4 in. excellent condition, minor surface anomalies.
