The Napoleon Album, ten original watercolor illustrations, some initialed indecipherably, all inscribed on backing boards with title of plate and date of action portrayed, each backing board stamped verso with the Allen & Ginter stamp, watercolor on paper, each approximately 7-3/4 x 12 in.; together with the album of the same images, telling the story of Napoleon's life and campaigns, published c. 1890 by Allen & Ginter, Richmond, Virginia, 6 x 9-1/4 in.; watercolors mounted not framed, mounts 11 x 14 in.

all watercolors mounted, good overall condition, all with some toning and slight grime commensurate with age, backing boards with wear at corners and edges, additional surface grime
