16 round full cut diamonds, four marquise cut diamonds, approx. 1.25ctw., in the main ring, stamped "14k", 14kt. white gold, ring sz. 6, overall design 16.0 x 14.0mm, six interchangeable center focal designs, one blue sapphire, one ruby, and one emerald, with seven round full cut gemstones, approx. 0.70ctw. each, one cabochon cut emerald, approx. 1.00ct., one round black pearl, 7.5 - 8.0mm, each lock into place, 11.8 grams total
