made by Paul Hee, circa 1995, based on the sidewheeler railroad ferry which operated between Philadelphia and Norfolk in the 1890s, carved and painted wood model, side with decal for "Old Point Comfort" and "New York, Philadelphia and Norfolk R.R. Co.", mesh wire and string fittings/embellishments, approximately 15 x 41 x 11-1/2 in.
