Presentation Cavalry Saber mid-19th century, William Horseman & Sons, Philadelphia, finely engraved blade, "US" on one side, E Pluribus Unum verso, floral and eagle devices, gilt guard with "US", engraved silver handle, 31-1/4 in. blade, gilt metal and brass scabbard engraved and with two rings, 38-1/2 in. overall, sword in very good condition overall, likely never used; scabbard lacking oval presentation plaque (four small holes), brass drag with replaced leather gasket, some oxidation with loss.
