(Lincoln County, North Carolina, 1846-1918) glassy brown and green alkaline glaze, ovoid form, "NB" stamped on one of two applied lug handles, "NB" also inscribed on shoulder adjacent to handle, "2" inscribed under handle, tightly downturned rim, 13-1/4 in.
