Germany, late 19th century, "Die Harem's Schonkeint" (The Harem's Beauty) for KPM, including head and bust of a brown-eyed exotic beauty against grey background, wearing a white headdress, maroon-red coat, and chain of gold disks on headdress that drapes to her chest, signed on back "N. Sichel", porcelain plaque 6 x 4-1/2 in., frame 12 in., good condition; new framing. Notes: Sichel (1843-1907) was a German painter and book illustrator who specialized in beautiful women.
