Edwards, [circa 1816,] signed Zachnsdorf binding, three-quarter leather over marbled boards, marbled endpapers, elaborately gilt spine, five raised bands, brown morocco spine labels; General Count Montholon, [History of the Captivity of Napoleon at St. Helena,] London, Henry Colburn, 1846, four volumes, signed Taffin binding, three-quarter leather over marbled boards, marbled endpapers, elaborately gilt decorated spine with "N" decoration, three raised bands; Scott's [The Life of Napoleon Buonaparte,] Edinburgh, 1827, full leather with elaborately decorated spines, morocco spine labels, "N" insignia on the spines, gilt dentelles, marbled edges, nine volumes; etc., 12-1/2 x 9 in., most in very good to near fine condition; the Picton is very good with slightly rubbed leather; the Montholon is near fine; the Scott set is near fine, probably rebacked at some time.
