attributed to Camden area, South Carolina, late 18th/19th century, yellow pine throughout with four paneled doors, dentil molded cornice, H hinges, 86-1/2 x 48 x 24 in. - Provenance: Mulberry Plantation, Camden, South Carolina; By descent in family. Consignor's family owned Mulberry until it was sold in the 1920's. Family tradition holds that this cupboard came out of Mulberry at that time.
hinges and bottom boards replaced, loss to one side cornice molding, scattered pest damage, one horizontal framing element between doors probably replaced, possible restoration to some shelves (obscured by later white paint), other scattered surface distress and repairs
