top of lower case with three holes and notch in front molding (probably from attachment of a large corkscrew), other notches and losses to mid moldings (so the right side could go flush to the wall, right case side altered and now fixed with pine panel, lacking its side moldings), other chips and losses to cornice molding, some wear and finish losses, lacking interior shelves
