Milligan, Greeneville, Tennessee", figured cherry, walnut and other mixed woods with poplar secondary, stepped and mirrored backsplash over three dovetailed drawers over four doors, flanked by reeded pilasters and columns on turned feet, 61-1/4 x 72-1/2 x 21-1/2 in.. Notes: This sideboard probably was among the furnishings of the Wyly-Howard-Mulligan House (circa 1823). It then likely was moved to boxwood Manor (circa 1855) when the Milligan and Joseph R. Brown families intermarried..
