German, late 19th/early 20th century, porcelain: 11 salad/dessert plates with gilded scalloped rim, 8-1/2 in., 24 dinner plates with scalloped basketweave borders, 10 in., and one large oval platter, 19 in., all polychrome painted with a variety of flowers and as bouquets in the centers, each marked with underglaze blue crossed swords mark ten salads with hash marks through swords indicating seconds, seven dinners with chipped foot rims, one with crack in foot rim, one with 1/2 in. rim crack, other anomalies as made.
