[Pique nique au bord de l’eau (Les Trois Amies, Claudine, Jacqueline, Corinne)], 1976, (No. 1347), signed lower right "Dyf", oil on canvas, 28-3/4 x 36-1/2 in. (73 x 92 cm.); painted wood and composition frame,. Notes: The consignor and her husband were able to find out the site of this painting, from the artist who states it is a scene on the river Erdre in a little town south of Brittany called Mort-sur-Erdres. The artist identifies his wife, Claudine, sister-in-law, Jacqueline and niece, Corine as the three women having a picnic. The consignor and her husband then had a picnic there in celebration. Madame Claudine Dyf has kindly confirmed the authenticity of this painting.. Provenance: Frost & Reed, London, No. 1139, accompanied by a letter from the artist about the painting, with copy of original receipt (S1546) and correspondence, purchased in 1994; Estate of Richard A. Kinzer, Lake Geneva, Wisconsin

In house shipping. Brunk Auctions provides in-house shipping via UPS Ground (signature required) for many items. Brunk Auctions will provide a shipping quote which includes shipping, materials, labor and insurance. Insurance is based on the selling price and premium.

Sales Tax: If you live in North Carolina and/or pick up from the auction house, and do not have a valid resale tax number on file with us, you MUST pay North Carolina state sales tax. The NC Sales Tax will not apply to any items being shipped out of state (unless the client resides in North Carolina) or to those clients with a resale tax number.
