(British, 1690-1765) John, 1st Viscount Mordaunt (1626-1675) in Armour, within a feigned oval, possibly 18th or early 19th century, signed lower right "Alexr. Pinxit 1739", oil on canvas, 30 x 25 in.; gilt wood and composition frame with label for "James & John Hay..Aberdeen", lined with paste and linen, restretched on 19th century stretcher, crackle, flaking, yellowed varnish, retouch, abrasions; frame with abrasions. Notes: The composition of this painting is similar to late 18th/early 19th century mezzotint of Viscount Mordaunt by Robert Dunkarton (1744-1811).. If you have a UPS or Fed Ex account # we can bill your account 3rd Party.  Brunk Auctions will quote for materials, labor and insurance. If you have your own insurance, please e-mail or fax a signed waiver of liability.  Brunk Auctions will quote for materials and labor.

All international customs duties and other tariffs are the responsibility of the Buyer. The Auction House and the shipper will declare the selling price as the value in all cases.

All packages will be shipped with signature required.

Shipping arrangements are made only after the invoice is paid.  The payment for shipping is a separate charge from payment of your lots.
