Portrait of a seated gentleman, bears signature lower left "Ingres 1813", graphite on paper, 10 x 8 in.; 19th century gilt wood and composition oval frame. Notes: Verso backing indicates the sitter is Samuel Coleman Boush, Sr. (died circa 1840 in New Orleans, Louisiana). Likely from another portrait housed in frame.. Provenance: Private Collection
