probably late 19th century, scrolled crest rail centered by a rocaille medallion, molded scrolled arms, foliate serpentine seat rail, cabriole legs mounted with scalloped leaflets, custom upholstery and pillow en suite, 39 x 30 x 24 in.
Condition
overall sound condition, interior sides of arm terminals with old surface repairs, scattered small losses and filled areas, surface was refinished some time ago with areas of wear and lightening, other wear expected with age and use. Note: upholstery cambric fabric removed to inspect interior of seat rail.
