French, mid 19th century, lidded pump inkwell with floral and songbird decoration, an interior porcelain weight connected to the lid controls the flow of ink into the small, lidded reservoir on the lower front, surmounted over three shell form trays, two cattail and serpent decorated pen racks, unmarked, 7-1/4 x 8 x 9 in.
