(British, 1830-1896) Two sheets of figural studies: Female Figural Studies including Helen of Troy and possibly for The Captive Andromache, 11-1/8 x 10 in., [foxing]; Studies of Neoclassical Men, 8-3/4 x 11-1/8 in., [light foxing at right edge], both signed lower left with studio stamp for Lord Frederick Leighton (Lugt. 1741a), charcoal and chalk, one with gouache on blue gray paper; matching gilt oak frames, both laid down on card, light toning, minor edge losses.
