Audubon" and dated 21 July, 1839, Liverpool, one page, on a folded sheet, addressed by Audubon on the verso, with instructions to deliver casks of natural history objects to Sheffield, and wishing him a pleasant voyage to America, 10 x 8 in.; housed in a custom-made cloth folio case with morocco title label on the front cover and morocco spine with four raised bands and gilt lettering a few small tear at folds, frayed at outer margin affecting three letters of Audubon's surname and one or two words.
