19th century, earthenware censer with enamel and gilt decoration, lidded spherical form with flared lip, molded foo dog side handles and lid finial, on three paw feet, inscription and/or signature on base, 18 x 16 in.; with fitted carved wood stand, height on stand 21-3/4 in.
