Chinese, 18th century, oval porcelain with pierced sides and applied handles, fine enameled crest with squirrel device on checkered floor featured in center basin and two sides, gilt honey comb pattern inner rim, attached labels for Mathew & Elizabeth Sharpe Antiques, Pennsylvania and "Collection of T.H. Kapnek No. #3006", 3-1/2 x 14-1/2 x 11 in.; Note: Several pieces that have come to market with the same crest have been associated with the Lee family of Virginia.
