18th century, round funnel bowl with flared lip, engraved with arms comprising two rampant lions in foliate and scrolled bordered cartouches above ribbon reading "Velters Cornewall" to one side, set on a segmented, faceted stem, one with silver mount, ending octagonal lobed foot, 11-1/4 in.
