(White County, Georgia, 1917-1998), underfired light to dark green alkaline glaze, smirking facial expression, white clay eyes with black pupils, pointed nose, applied strap handle from back of head to base of spout, inscribed "Lanier Meaders" on base, 11-1/4 in.. Condition: anomalies as made, 1/2 in. chip to left eyebrow, scratch to glaze at back of head, otherwise good condition.
