early 19th century, hand wrought cannetille work surrounding six graduated genuine amethysts ranging in weight from three at 7.45 cts., and two at 9.12 cts., tests approximately 18 kt., 25 mm. to 28 mm. in width, 7 in. length, 41.7 grams, with later fitted case by Garrard & Co, with appraisal, minor bends to some of the outer loops in the cannetille work, very minute wear to crown surfaces of the amethysts, missing safety chain.
