Jar, Cloisonné Vase Japanese, late 19th/early 20th century, ginger jar with maple leaf, songbird, moth and floral decoration in relief, lacquered and enameled surface with silver wire inlay, 10-1/2 in., losses to decoration especially at rim, one small repaired chip at rim, base ring and underside of lid, scattered very minor flaws to enameling; together with a cloisonné vase with floral branches and songbirds, 9-3/4 in., impact at one side with associated small loss and cracks, otherwise generally good condition .
