German, 19th/20th century, 1903 dated dinner plate from the Damaskus Service, made for Kaiser Wilhelm II, decorated in the Chinese style with a band of pink petals with a slight band of light green, central image of a floral bouquet, gilt decoration, marks "KPM/[Royal Orb]/KPM blue mark/1903/RW under a crown", impressed "8/W/B", 9-1/2 in., gilt loss, minimal scratching; 1811 Royal Vienna tea cup and saucer, hand painted floral bouquet with gilt, under glaze blue bidenschield on both, impressed "811/45", 3 in., minimal scratching
