American, 20th century, gold tone frame adorned with clear Swarovski crystals in flower petal like bands across front and back, tiered Art Deco style form, push button fastening opening to interior with pull out shoulder chain, gold tone leather lining, small dust bag holding small comb and mirror, with dust bag, 4 x 6-3/4 x 2 in., strap drop 20 in.
