probably Meiji period, covered vase of ovoid form, enamel and gilt decorated all over in the mille fleur pattern, gilt and iron red mark to base, 8 x 5-1/2 in.; bowl in the mille fleur pattern with slightly flared and scalloped rim, gilt character signature on base, 2-1/4 x 7-1/2 in.ÿ - Provenance:
both with glaze crazing and light wear, bowl with tiny glaze loss to petal of exterior flower near rim and minor wear to gilt rim
