Canterbury, England, early 19th century, finely crafted mahogany case with hinged brass handle over arched top, dial with Roman counters and marked "J A Warren Canterbury", applied brass ogee feet, eight-day fusee movement with original escapement (all components original), engraved backplate, strikes hour on a bell, fitted with strike repeat activated by a pull cord, original keys, 17-1/4 in..
